Jan 16, 2022: “Despite the fact that apex is a relatively small ski hill it packs a good punch for its size! A triple chair on the far left of the resort offers great groomer/intermediate terrain and the quad offers great skiing over the rest of the hill! Snow conditions are usually pretty consistent and the weather is often great up there! I’d highly recommend the trees and some of the chutes and bowls if you’re an advanced skier!! Overall it’s a fantastic mountain and I love riding here!” 0
Mar 6, 2021: “My sister, her daughter and I visited this resort located approximately 35 minutes from Penticton. After parking in a lot within walking distance of the Village, we set out to explore the area. We passed a skating loop and watched people enjoying the ice. We also passed by condos, lodges and cabins as we made our way to the shops and restaurants. Visitors were masked and maintained social distancing. We learned that other winter activities including snowmobile tours, hockey and snowshoeing were available. We watched skiers being pulled up the mountain by a t-bar. We studied a large map of the surroundings showing the 67 ski runs as well as the various ways to access the elevations. As we explored the Village, I was interested in the “hitching post” type of holders for skiers and snowboarders to place their equipment when they wanted to enter a shop or restaurant. Several carved, wooden totems appeared to stand on guard near a picture-taking venue.” 1
