Sunshine Houseboats and Marina is located on Lake Koocanusa, one of British Columbias most beautiful natural playgrounds! River Valley Ranch lies in an idyllic valley with fertile fields and the Kootenay River running though it. Join us for a NATURAL ESCAPE in our unique, wooden handcrafted kayaks to view our beautiful, majestic mountains and waterways. We provide the equipment and guide for a tour of our beautiful mountain waterways. Instruction in essential kayaking safety and paddling techniques will start off all our tours.
