Wine lovers & foodies alike are invited to visit the elegant tasting bar and restaurant to discover beautifully crafted wines from our Chronos, McWatters Collection, TIME Winery, & Evolve Cellars family of wine brands, alongside the best locally curated casual dishes in the Okanagan from the TIME Kitchen. Reserve an elevated tasting or dive into one of our Estate Sommelier-led educational experiences including the ever-popular ‘Sabre School’. Wine shop open daily from 12 PM – 5 PM.
